2 — ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) are processed on the following business day.

During periods of high order volume (e.g., holidays, promotions, or new product launches), processing times may be extended by an additional 2–3 business days.
Customers will be notified by email if significant delays occur.

Note: Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment — it does not include transit or delivery time.


3 — DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

PickFun currently ships to all contiguous U.S. states as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

At this time, PickFun does not offer local delivery or in-person pickup.
All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers to the address provided at checkout.


7 — ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process.
If you wish to make changes or cancel an order, contact us here as soon as possible.

While we will make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

8 — LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We take product integrity and safe delivery seriously. However, rare issues can occur in transit.

Lost Packages

  • If your package shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, reception desks, or your local post office.

  • If still missing after 3 business days, contact us at support@pickfun.shop with your order number.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the carrier’s final investigation outcome.

Damaged Packages
